In just three years, SoBe has gone from a pop-up in a brewery, dreamed up by two friends who were passionate about great burgers, to the fastest growing burger brand in the UK.
It all started in Miami. Well, it started in University where founders Tom and Alex met, but it really started when they decided to go on a trip to the states.
On the agenda? Food.
They were looking for the best Florida had to offer and they quickly found it in Miami’s downtown burger joints. They fell in love with the fusion of sustainable, locally sourced beef with an industrial, raw aesthetic.
And so, SoBe Burger (an acronym of ‘South Beach’) was born.
They returned to London and launched a residency at London Fields Brewery, celebrating the best of British beef with a south beach twist. Since those humble roots, they’ve expanded across the UK and SoBe Burger is now available in 150+ delivery locations.
