How Do I Work with Sessions?
What locations would I go into?
There are a couple of options for our brands. The most common route is for you to operate in one of our iconic pub residencies - you let us know which kind of locations you feel would be a good fit and we will line up a pub residency for you to operate. Another option is to run a pop up kitchen in Shelter Hall in Brighton. The final option is we can license your menu into hundreds of dark kitchens across the UK which are operated by our partners.
How can I run my brand myself in a pub?
Yes, we work with pubs across the UK who are always looking for new and exciting residencies. You can learn more about this here.
Can I apply to run a pop up in Shelter Hall?
Yes! We are always looking for new and exciting brands to exhibit at Shelter Hall. Please apply here
Can I license my brand into your dark kitchens?
We license brands into kitchens across the country. We typically launch about 100 sites within 3 months of working together. The brand needs to be tasty, simple and scalable (we can help you with this bit). We pay a license fee to you on every order. If you think this is the route for you, please do book a call.
