Adria Wu, chef & founder of Maple & Co, the ‘eat balanced, live happy’ food brand, has been announced as one of the stars of Channel 4’s ‘Five Star Kitchen: Britain’s Next Great Chef’, hosted by Michel Roux Jr, which hit screens on June 8th. This news comes at an exciting time for Maple & Co, as the brand expands its delivery offer across London through a partnership with Sessions and launches a supper club at our Islington venue Neighbourhood.
Maple & Co and its deliciously healthy menu, which was born when chef Adria became tired of eating healthy food that was “too healthy” and unhealthy food that didn’t nourish nor energise, has now expanded its delivery availability to ensure more Londoners can enjoy its fare. Launched at the end of May, Maple & Co can now be enjoyed by those living in and around Fulham, Wood Green, Bermondsey, and Canary Wharf, in addition to the existing areas in East and West London that are already being serviced.
To celebrate chef Adria’s appearance on ‘Five Star Kitchen: Britain’s Next Great Chef’, Adria will also host an exclusive supper club at Neighbourhood in Islington on 20th July, showcasing a mix of Maple & Co classics and new creations from Adria’s time on the show.

Sprouted Moong Curry (GF/DF)
Sprouted Maharashtra spiced moong (lentil) curry, Maple & Co greens with caesar dressing, crunchy quinoa clusters, handline caught mackerel (mackerel optional)
Monk’s beard (agretti) spaghetti, basil, Maple & Co meatballs, castelvetrano olives, creamy red nam yu (fermented beancurd) and pumpkin seed butter sauce (meatballs optional)
The Panisse (GF)
Chickpea panisse patty, Maple & Co buffalo chicken & coconut garlic yoghurt, sambal, tonburi vegan caviar, spiced chickpeas, bacon crumble, purple potato chip (chicken optional)
Rich, fudgy, gluten-free chocolate brownie ozzing with salted caramel and served with ice cream
The menu can be fully vegetarian by removing the meat. Cocktails, spirits, beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks available to purchase on the day.
